General Policy. premiumagencyworks is committed to delivering high-quality digital services. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the project milestones defined in the service agreement.

Pre-Project Cancellation. If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days, minus any applicable bank transfer fees.

In-Progress Projects. For projects in progress, refunds are calculated proportionally based on completed milestones. Work that has been delivered and approved is non-refundable. Any advance payments for uncompleted work will be refunded proportionally within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

Post-Delivery. Once a deliverable has been formally accepted and approved by the client, it is considered final and non-refundable. Revisions outside the originally agreed scope are subject to additional charges as outlined in the project agreement.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing any external mediation or legal proceedings. premiumagencyworks is based in Madrid, Spain, and any disputes shall be governed by Spanish law.

Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using the services provided by premiumagencyworks (located at C. del Apóstol Santiago 64, Madrid, Madrid, España, España), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Scope of Services. premiumagencyworks provides digital agency services including but not limited to web development, UI/UX design, brand identity, SEO optimization, cloud infrastructure, and digital strategy consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual service agreements.

Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's intellectual property. premiumagencyworks retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used during development remain the property of premiumagencyworks.

Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes project briefs, business strategies, technical specifications, and any non-public information exchanged between the parties.

Payment Terms. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Late payments may incur a statutory interest charge in accordance with Spanish commercial law. premiumagencyworks reserves the right to pause or withhold deliverables until payment is received.

Limitation of Liability. premiumagencyworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

Modifications. premiumagencyworks reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
